How do I get my referral from the VA?

Step 1. set up an appointment with your primary provider at the VA and have them do an examination to document your current pain and conditions.

Step 2. Let them know that you would like to go to Bremerton Wellness and give them the name of the chiropractor or acupuncturist you would like to visit.

Step 3. Your primary provider will access our providers in their database and print out the referral.

Step 4. Bremerton Wellness will get a fax immediately of the Chiropractic or acupuncture referral.

AND THAT'S IT!

It really is that simple, once you have a scheduled appointment, make sure you do not miss that appointment because it can affect your referral.
